- We always confirm payment almost immediately after you've booked your course. If we don't it may be that there was an error, in that case we'll contact you by telephone or e-mail as soon as possible.
- Privacy & Security
- We do not store financial information on our servers. All payments are handled by PayPal. You can make the payment for your course either by credit card, debit card or PayPal account - if you have one.
- Refunds
- Once you have made payment for your course, we turn other students away if it is full. As a result, no refunds will be granted unfortunately
- Ordering
- Ordering your course online is easy. You can always call us between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday if you require any assistance.
- Pricing & Promotions
- Sign up for an account with us, follow us on Facebook and get our newsletter in your inbox to receive our latest special offers and promotions on your favourite cake decorating courses.
- Viewing Orders
- Log in to your account to view your courses that you've booked.
- Updating Account Information
- Simply update your account info by logging in and editing your personal details. If you want to change the name on your certificate, please let us know as we do not monitor any changes to your accounts personal information.
